Welcome to WCNCI 2019 (Workshop on Computer Networks and Computational Intelligence)!

Authors are welcome to submit original and unpublished contributions and attend the WCNCI 2019 to be held on October 16, 2019 in Kecskemét, Hungary.


The WCNCI workshop is organized with the focus of bringing together scientists from any country working on computer networks and computational intelligence related topics with the aims at providing an opportunity for sharing and discussing the recent research developments in these fields. The idea is to have a small number of lecturers and participants in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

Official Language

The official language of the workshop is English. All the camera-ready manuscripts should be submitted in English.


Presentations without a submitted article are also accepted.

All the accepted papers will be published in the journal  Gradus (eISSN 2064-8014, Papers should be formatted conform to the author guidelines of the journal ( and submitted through the Electronic Submission System until September 15.  


The fields of interests of the worshop include:

- computer network technologies
- network security, especially intrusion detection systems
- software defined networks 
- fuzzy technology
- neural networks
- genetic algorithms
- modeling uncertainty
- hybrid systems
- applications


The participation is free for registered participants, but we can accept at most 50 participants.

Free wifi is provided in the buildings of John von Neumann University.


Presentations can be made by using data projector. All authors are kindly asked to take their presentation USB drive or send it in advance by e-mail to our contact address. Conference room is supplied with data projector with PC.
