Summary
Software testing has evolved from traditional manual methods to more advanced approaches that integrate artificial intelligence (AI). Manual software testing plays a critical role in identifying issues and ensuring system quality, but as the complexity of software grows, it becomes increasingly challenging to keep up with the demand for efficiency and scalability. AI offers new possibilities for automating repetitive tasks, generating diverse test cases, and identifying hard-to-detect edge cases that are often overlooked in manual testing.
AI tools, such as ChatGPT, are transforming the way testers approach software quality by enhancing accuracy and productivity. This presentation will highlight the essential techniques of manual software testing, from test case design to bug reporting and tracking, while showcasing how AI can complement these processes.
